A conservative expert reveals the “pretty simple” reason for Glenn Youngkin’s victory

The hostess CNN“Unfiltered” listed just a few of the hot shots for which they were suggested McAuliffe’s defeat – because of Youngkin’s half-distance from the former president Donald Trump to his deliberation of “false fears” for teaching critical race theory in schools.

“But I suspect it was actually very simple,” she said.

Cupp pointed out how “women from the suburbs of Youngkin have gotten over the finish line, a lot of time” after McAuliffe’s comment in the September debate that he doesn’t think “parents should tell schools what to teach” was rejected.

“McAuliffe angered the wrong voters, moms,” Cupp said.

“Just imagine having the courage to tell parents that they shouldn’t have a say in educating their children,” she added. “And then imagine saying that in Virginia, a country that already has a healthy number of home schoolchildren and during a pandemic where parents were forced to teach at home due to school closures across the country.”
