I am very much above this glycerin serum as it helped me heal dry skin in one month

It’s an ode to dry skin! Because I’m not going to do that with this glycerin serum anymore. Ugh, I’m so relieved!

Well, I love winter in T. Comfortable food, cold weather, squeezing into that warm blanket, wrapping my palms around that warm cup of hot chocolate … waah! I think too well. But with all these amazing things come certain sore points, which is what I really hate this season. Yes, you guessed it – it’s dry skin.

Cracked lips, scaly skin, paleness and pigmentation – I mean, if you name it, I have it. Believe me, even those organic luxury brands we die for couldn’t stop my dry skin. In fact, the dryness spread to such an extent that my eyebrows were covered with dandruff-like flakes. Yes, it was so severe and I desperately needed a solution.

I have tried almost all types of home hacks, but of these 100 hacks, only one can be described as the ultimate winner. It’s now my winter skincare product and it barely cost me $ 200.

Guys! I present to you my own DIY glycerin-lemon-rose water serum.

Why glycerin?

I know you may be wondering why I decided to apply such a sticky thing to my face. Well, if you have dry skin, you won’t even say that. This is because the mixture you learn to cook will become non-greasy.

In winter we do not have the opportunity to swim in warm water. This makes your skin even drier and then you know what cold weather can do! This is exactly what caused the lack of moisture in my skin. When I started using this glycerin serum, it helped retain moisture in my skin and so my skin felt nourished!

Here is how you can make your own glycerin serum

100 ml of glycerin
2 tablespoons lemon juice
30 to 40 ml of rose water
10 drops of vitamin E oil
250 ml storage bottle

Step 1: Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients until they blend together properly.

Step 2: Store the mixture in a bottle and store it in a cool place.

Apply this serum after bathing and at bedtime for best results.

Here’s how glycerin helped my skin in just one month

  1. No more morning dryness

Before, when I woke up every morning, I saw dry spots around my mouth and nose. But not after glycerin became my daily night serum.

  2. My dark circles leave my eyes alone

This is mainly due to vitamin E and lemon juice (which has vitamin C). Both ingredients are very nutritious and full of antioxidants.

  3. I noticed a strong change in pigmentation

Thanks to lemon juice, which is always a tool to get rid of skin blemishes.

  4. My skin is softer than ever

Glycerin and rose water are the best things you can apply on your own skinif you want it to be baby soft. It works even better than malai or milk cream because the latter can cause outbreaks, but it won’t.

  5. Make sure your skin is hydrated

I’ve always wondered why hydration is so important. For the longest time, I believed that drinking water was enough. But no, you need something extra. That’s when I realized the importance of rose water and added it to my DIY glycerin serum. I couldn’t be more grateful for that!
