    Many injuries are caused by muscle imbalances in our body. Most of us move incorrectly one way or another, which puts too much pressure on some muscles and weakens others, causing imbalance. Pilates taught me to align my arm and leg muscles with my core, which helped me improve my body balance. If someone starts building their central muscles with a customized and customized program like me, they can do wonders for their body.
