Huge new attraction in the UK on the theme of Peter Rabbit, which will be open to families next month

The Peter Rabbit attraction in Blackpool will feature a bunch of exciting rooms such as ‘Mr McGregor’s Garden’ and ‘Jeremy Fisher’s Sensory Pond’ and is set to open its doors in February 2022.

The new attraction is based on the TV show Peter Rabbit

The huge new £ 1 million themed attraction Peter Rabbit is set to open its doors in Blackpool next month, along with theme zones, games and even the performance of the famous bunny himself.

The new Peter Rabbit Explore and Play attraction will be the first stand-alone attraction based on Merlin Entertainment’s Peter Rabbit TV series, and will certainly offer some fun days.

It will feature five themed areas, such as ‘Mr McGregor’s Garden’ and ‘Jeremy Fisher’s Sensual Pond’, with plenty of fun games for guests along with the opportunity to earn badges – and there’s even a secret club in the trees.

Our sister site LancsLive reports that it is now confirmed that the attraction will open in February 2022, after plans for the new complex were first submitted to the Blackpool Council last November.

The attraction plan offers a brief insight into what families can expect, with a variety of rooms designed to be like gardens and other tunnel-style cities. There’s also a box labeled ‘change of costume’ that hints there could be games with fashionable clothes on the cards, dedicated areas for photography and a designated ‘retail’ area that shows families can pick up a lot of Peter Rabbit-themed goods along the way !!

The new attraction will be located on the lively promenade of Blackpool, just a short walk from the Blackpool Tower, which offers unbeatable views of the sea and the city, Blackpool Pleasure Beach with exciting slides and rides for all ages and other popular attractions such as SEA Aquarium LIFE and on sunny days also the beach itself!

As early as November, Cllr Lynn Williams, head of the Blackpool Council, said: “This new attraction will be another wonderful addition to Blackpool’s growing portfolio of world-class attractions aimed at the family market.

“Creating a solo experience with one of the world’s most famous children’s characters will provide another compelling reason to visit what we believe to be the UK’s top family resort.”
