Ralf Rangnick foresaw the clash of Aston Villa

Manchester United this weekend they will focus on the Premier League when they face Steven Gerrard Aston Villa for the second time in a week.

Ralf Rangnick is expected to be ready to cash in right-back Diogo Dalot this month amid constant interest from Atletico Madrid.

Dalot has enjoyed a decent amount of playing time since Rangnick took over at Old Trafford, but could still leave the exit at Old Trafford, reports the Spanish portal AS.

The Spanish champions lost Kieran Trippier this month after moving to Newcastle, and are now looking for a new face on the right side of the defense.

Rasmus Christensen from RB Leipzig and Daniel Wass from Valencia are also shortlisted.

Rangnick reiterated his desire not to let Donny van de Beek or Dean Henderson go Manchester United January.

“I told him I wanted him to stay,” Rangnick replied when asked about Henderson’s future on Friday. “He’s a fantastic goalkeeper, I really want to have him on board.

“I fully understand why he wants to play at his age, but we’re still in three competitions. I understand his desire for regular playing time.”

About Van De Beek, Rangnick added: “The situation is the same as with Dean. I’m glad to have him on the team, he always performs at a high level in training. I had a conversation two weeks ago and advised him to stay until the end of the season.”

It looks like Brazilian midfielder Andreas Pereira will finally leave Old Trafford after Flamengo is expected to make an official offer for the player.

Pereira is currently on loan at Flamengo and is expected to be happy with the Brazilian team and feel at home.

The 26-year-old was a fixture of the club last season as they finished second in Serie A, but lost to the Copa Libertadores final after a mistake by Pereira.

This did not deter them from submitting a bid to become a permanent addition, TNT Sports they claim to have made an offer of £ 8 million.
