The moment he caught a grumpy dumpster calling residents ‘dirty, smelly whores’ on CCTV while emptying recycling bins on North Wales Street

  • Jade Ashleigh’s security camera caught a rabid binman
  • A worker in Penrhyn Bay in North Wales described residents as “dirty stinking whores”.
  • Ms. Ashleigh sent the recording to the world with a formal complaint
  • The council has apologized for Binman’s behavior and is investigating the incident

It’s a shocking moment when a hint of rage at the residents raged furiously and dirty, calling them “dirty, smelly whores”.

A security camera by Jade Ashleigh in Penrhyn Bay in North Wales captured the morning tirade.

He shouted, ‘I already told you dirty cock, I’m not emptying it.’

Then the same trash can is heard again shouting ‘Empty your food basket, stinky’ before disappearing down the street.

Ashleigh, 37, sent CCTV footage to the world along with a formal complaint.

She said: ‘This is not the first time we have heard that rubbish bins have abused residents.

‘I wouldn’t normally check CCTV again, but I checked it because my food container and recycling cart were damaged, so I wanted to see.

‘I heard him yell that he had said earlier not to empty the bins, and called someone‘ dirty dick across the street ’and then he goes to a colleague and mutters something else.

‘The CCTV camera was able to capture some of that, but we’re not sure who he was talking about, as the screaming person is out of the camera.’

His bosses apologized for Binman’s words as he did not act in a “professional and respectful manner” on duty.

Ms Ashleigh said: “Since I posted the clip on Facebook, several neighbors have told me that this has told me that this is not the first time this has happened and that it is high time they reported it for their behavior.

“One of the residents told me that one of the bins called him on ***, followed by another who said the bins always break their containers because they are heavy.

“No matter how‘ bad day ’they have, we still pay the municipal levy so we shouldn’t be confronted with the offensive language they shout across the street.

“Because of that, I complained to the world and they said they were going to look into it, but they won’t be able to tell me if they’re actually doing anything.”

A spokesman for the Conwy Council’s Environment, Roads and Facilities Service said: “We received a call from a resident of Penrhyn Bay and reported her complaint, which is being investigated by the manager.

“Council staff are expected to perform their duties professionally and respectfully.

“We have been in contact with the resident to provide an update and an apology.”
