What are some of the side effects of aloe vera juice?

1. Decrease in blood sugar:

It is important to consult a doctor before consuming aloe vera juice. It can cause a drastic drop in blood sugar levels, especially if you are diabetic or have any other insulin-related illness.

2. May cause dehydration:

If you consume aloe vera juice daily, try to reduce consumption because it disturbs the electrolyte balance in the body. This can cause dehydration and manifest itself in changes in urine color.
