The city office has warned of impending violent storms

The Met Office has predicted strong storms after Britain’s hottest weekend of the year.

Yellow weather the warning takes effect from 8pm on Sunday and lasts until tomorrow at 5am.

A sudden change in weather could cause flooding, the national agency said.

The warning map covers the south coast of the United Kingdom, covers London, Oxford and Cardiff, and even rises to the Gloucester border.

The With Office he says: “There is a small chance that homes and businesses could be flooded quickly, with some buildings damaged by flood water, lightning strikes or hail.”
