Bedi says, “Apples are not just one of the safe fruits, but one of the most important fruits to be consumed during pregnancy. Strengthens your child immunity and power. It helps a child at risk of coughing, asthma and eczema during adolescence. Apples are rich in nutrients and contain vitamins A, E and D and zinc.

3. Kiwi

Kiwi is rich in vitamins C, E, A, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, folic acid and dietary fiber. The respiratory system benefits from kiwi.
