Here are 5 myths about bras:
Women all over the world share a love-hate relationship with their bra. Some wear them 24×7 because they just love them, others feel obligated to use them, and others are completely braless, challenging society’s expectations. According to Dr. Bajaja: “Whether or not you decide to wear a bra is a personal choice, and sometimes it seems that their decisions are influenced by some myths about bras which is not true.”
So, don’t let these myths make you decide whether or not to wear a bra. Here, we learn more about some common myths about bras.

In fact, Dr. Cuterus also said that “underwear bras and black bras will not cause cancer. It’s really a matter of choice and less of a complicated algebraic problem.”

5. Not wearing a bra causes saggy breasts
It is a common belief among most women that if you don’t wear a bra, your breasts will sag. However, this is not really true, because without a bra you only bring the breasts to their original shape and do not cause sagging.
