Adam Levine was at the center of a cheating scandal after Instagram model Sumner Stroh claimed she had an affair with Maroon 5 frontman.
From apologies, to leaks in Instagram DMs, to two more women posting screenshots of their alleged messages with the singer, it’s hard to keep up with all the ongoing Adam Levine drama — especially when it’s happening in the deep internet abyss that is. Tik Tok.
Here’s a breakdown of all of Adam Levine’s cheating allegations.
It all started on Monday, September 19, when 23-year-old model Sumner Stroh claimed she had an affair with Levine in posted on TikTok.
“I had an affair with a man who is married to a Victoria’s Secret model,” she began in the clip. “I was young at the time, I was naive and, frankly, I feel taken advantage of.”
She revealed the man is Adam Levine, 43, and shared screenshots of her Instagram messages with the singer, some of which read: “It’s unreal how fucking hot you are. As if it occurred to me.”
Although Strohova admitted that she was seeing the firstA voice tried for about a year, many commentators claimed that she was 20 years old at the time of the alleged affair. However, Stroh said Sixth page that the alleged affair happened “last year” when she “graduated in 2021.”

Stroh explained that she was forced to admit her alleged affair with Levin after some of her friends tried to sell the story to a tabloid. “I only came forward because I wanted to destroy every story the tabloid had,” she said posted on TikTok.
In another TikTok, the model explained that she was under the impression that Levine’s marriage to Prinsloo was over: “I believed they kept it quiet to avoid negative press because I was new to LA so I just assumed , that they are stars of this caliber. that it was so.”
“As soon as I realized that wasn’t the case, I broke things off with him,” she explained. “Looking back, I wish I had questioned things more. I wish I wasn’t so naive, but being naive doesn’t excuse what I did and the part I played in it. I’m not the one who’s really hurt here. This is Behati and her children and I am so sorry for that.”
Adam Levine responds to the allegations
After Stroh’s video, social media immediately became a firestorm of tweets and posts about Levin’s alleged affair. After being trending on Twitter all day, Levine finally addressed the cheating allegations on Tuesday in a statement posted on his Instagram story.
“There’s been a lot of talk about me right now and I want to clear the air,” Levine’s post began. “I used poor judgment in speaking to anyone but my wife in any flirtatious manner. I didn’t have an affair, yet I crossed the line at a regrettable time in my life.”

He continued: “In certain cases it has become inappropriate; I have addressed this and taken proactive steps to resolve this with my family.”
“My wife and family are all I care about in this world,” Levine said. “Being so naive and stupid enough to risk the only thing that really mattered to me was the biggest mistake I could have made. I’ll never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through this. And we will get through this together.”
On Tuesday, Sumner Stroh shared a cryptic post on her Instagram story, seemingly in response to Levine’s statement. “Somebody get this man a dictionary,” she wrote in white text on a black background.

Who Is Adam Levine’s Wife, Behati Prinsloo?
The 34-year-old Victoria’s Secret model is currently expecting her third child with Adam Levine. The two are already parents to daughters Dusty Rose, five, and Gia Grace, four.
Levine and Prinsloo married in 2014 in a wedding ceremony in Mexico. Their 20-minute ceremony was officiated by Jonah Hill, and the 275 guests included Prinsloo’s fellow Victoria’s Secret models Erin Heatherton, Candice Swanepoel and Coco Rocha, as well as actors Jason Segel and Robert Downey Jr.
Behati Prinsloo has yet to speak publicly about the cheating allegations.
Chrishell Stause, Emily Ratajkowski and other celebrities sound off
According to Adam Levine’s statement on Instagram, many celebrities have weighed in on the cheating allegations. Sunset for sale star Chrishell Stause tackled Twitter on Tuesday to share her thoughts on Levin’s apology. “When I publicly apologize for cheating, I hate that we will be going through the man part together,” she wrote. “Don’t speak for her. You have done enough”.
Then actress Sara Foster excoriated Levin and Stroh for their roles in the alleged cheating. “Cheating is so ugly,” she said published on her personal page.
“Obviously, he’s like, a complete pig and horrible, but this woman who decided to make a viral video on TikTok that claims – by the way, she’s not even apologizing, but putting it out there for the world to see when a pregnant woman would she could just send her a private message – and claim it wasn’t her fault.

Meanwhile, model Emily Ratajkowski, who recently filed for divorce from her husband Sebastian Bear-McClard following cheating claims – posted a response to Foster’s video and said he believed Stroh was the victim.
“I don’t understand why we continue to blame women for men’s mistakes, especially when you’re talking about 20-something women dealing with men in positions of power twice their age,” Ratajkowski said on TikTok. video.
She continued: “The power dynamics are so skewed it’s ridiculous. It’s predatory. It’s manipulative.”
“If you’re the one in the relationship, you’re the one who’s obligated to be faithful.”
In another video, Ratajkowski added: “I think a big problem in our culture right now is that we just say, ‘Oh, men are monsters, they’re terrible, they’re terrible.’ We don’t hold them responsible and then blame other women.”
“We’re asking women to adjust their behavior instead of just saying men need to change their behavior. That’s sexism. This is classic misogyny.”
The drama continues…
While Sumner Stroh’s video went viral on TikTok with over 15 million views, others chimed in by sharing screenshots of their alleged messages with Adam Levine. One woman’s name Alyson Rose claimed that she had been talking to Levin via Instagram DM for a year before meeting her current boyfriend in January 2022.
While the messages seemed relatively friendly and strictly about tattoos, Rose said in : “I have much more to say, which was not appropriate. I just didn’t feel comfortable posting everything.”
Another woman passing by Maryka on Instagram, posted her own alleged DM with Levine to her Instagram story. The screenshots show flirtatious messages Levine allegedly sent her, one of which read: “Holy damn king, damn it. Your body is absurd. How come you’re such an hourglass?”
When the model asked Levin, “Dude, you’re not married lol?” he replied, “Yes, but it’s complicated.”
