One woman recounted the “worst date ever [she’s] ever been on,” which she said ended her date when she demanded that Venmo take him because she didn’t want to go home with him. He then continued texting her for several weeks.

Peyton with the username @peytonnriddle on Tik Tokshared a video o Course date this week, in which she opened by noting that she wanted to tell “the whole world” about the horrible date that happened to be her first dating date of application.

She says the date got off to a bad start as she arrived at the restaurant only to find out that they wouldn’t be able to accommodate the couple because her date didn’t make a reservation. Her date ended up being 45 minutes late, at which point he picked her up from the restaurant and took them to another location.

However, after parking, Peyton said her partner tried to show her something on his phone. “There’s pornography on his phone,” she said in the video, adding that when she pointed it out, her partner “didn’t react.”

Peyton then revealed that her date, who she said was in medical school, shared an inappropriate story about his job to “make things less weird.”

The date apparently took a turn for the worse after the duo entered the restaurant. Peyton claimed the man ordered two martinis, which he drank in quick succession.

In the video, the TikToker revealed that the man also called her “poor” and told her her job was “stupid” during the meeting.

“It was bad,” she continued, before admitting it was “bad judgement” not to decide to leave before the end of the date.

Things got worse towards the end of the night, Peyton claimed, and that’s when her partner Hinge asked her to go home with him.

In response to her denial, Peyton said her partner started arguing with her and became “aggressive”, with the TikToker revealing she responded by telling the man she found him “cocky” and that was the date “really awkward”. .

“And at the end he said, ‘I’m not going to be a beta male. You’re either going to go home with me or you’re going to pay for the drink I just bought you,’” Petyon recalled, adding that she gave the man $40 on the spot so he “never sees [him] again”.

Despite sending the man money for her drinks, Peyton said he continued to call her on the phone, eventually causing her to block him. She said he asked for an additional $20 for her drink.

Hinge’s date then switched to Instagram, where he continued to send her messages that were “optional.”

“Is this normal? Has this happened to anyone else,” Peyton concluded the video before writing, “My worst date ever, the story keeps getting worse.”

In the sequel video, Peyton shared screenshots of messages sent by her Hinge date in which he apologized for their first date and asked to see her again. After Peyton refused, the man sent her a photo of his dog and accused her of being “the cocky one” for not asking about his pet.

In other messages, the man informed Peyton that he was a “pretty good and unique guy.” In follow-up messages sent via Instagram, Hinge’s date continued to try to convince Peyton to go out with him again, but warned that he wouldn’t “press if [she] I didn’t see what was special’ about it.

Despite her not responding, the date continued to text Peyton with screenshots showing him urging her not to be a “drama queen.”

“Yes or no, don’t be a drama queen,” he wrote, then followed up with, “Okay, you suck,” when Peyton didn’t respond.

The man then unfollowed her on Instagram.

“Worst first date RECEIPT all I can say is huh,” she captioned the video.

On TikTok, where Peyton’s second video has been viewed more than 2.9 million times, viewers expressed their shock at the man’s audacity.

“I can’t believe people like this exist,” one commented, while another said: “Withdraw the girl’s name so no one else has to go through this.”

“I will never date a man again after this video,” said another.

Others were particularly concerned given that the man in question is in medical school, with someone else writing: “He’s a medical student?! That’s the most troubling part of all of this.”

“I’m really worried about this man being someone’s future doctor,” another person wrote.

The Independent reached out to Peyton for comment.
