Controversial influencer Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan will face off in Romania on charges of human trafficking and the creation of an organized crime syndicate.

The Tate brothers and two Romanian suspects are under house arrest as part of an investigation into allegations against seven women.

All four are charged with the crime of human trafficking and organized crime.

Andrew Tate was also charged with raping one of the victims, while his brother Tristan was charged with inciting others to commit violence.

They deny the charges.

Romanian prosecutors agreed on Tuesday to send all four suspects to trial.

A trial date has not yet been set.

Romania’s Organized Crime and Terrorism Investigation Directorate also revealed in a statement that it had seized more than $384 million worth of bitcoins from cryptocurrency wallets belonging to the Tates.

Authorities say they also seized 15 buildings and land, 15 luxury cars, 14 luxury wristwatches, two ingots – blocks of metal – and a medal as part of the investigation.
