PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS
Today we’ll be making a four ingredient Reese’s spread cup smoothie. I do know there are not any Reese’s spread cups in there but it sure does taste love it. So let’s start. First things that we’ll be adding are two frozen bananas. In our household, whenever our bananas start to brown we’ll pop them within the freezer and save them for protein shakes smoothies and even frozen dessert. Now I’m getting to add two tablespoons of chocolate protein powder. My family really likes protein powder because it features a great flavor. It makes your smoothie super creamy. Next I’m getting to add two tablespoons of spread powder. This is often dehydrated peanuts that my dad really likes to place in his smoothies also its low in fat and high in protein. And if you do not have it or don’t prefer it then you’ll use one to 2 tablespoons of all natural spread. Our final ingredient is one cup of milk. I’m using organic two percent milk but if you want a more non-dairy option then you’ll use almond milk or any milk of your choice. So now you are going to pop on a lid and blend this up. I prefer mine nice and thick and creamy but if you’d prefer yours thinner, you’ll add some more milk. This makes one to 2 servings. I and my brother will usually share but it really depends on how hungry you’re. It really tastes like that there is spread Reese’s in here and it is so good. It is so chocolaty then creamy to me. It’s really a bit like drinking a milkshake. I actually hope you guys enjoyed this recipe. Thanks such a lot for reading and I’ll see you next time with some more deliciousness.
