Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard have split after four years amid claims that Sebastian is a ‘serial cheater’.

The 31-year-old model is said to have decided to leave her 41-year-old film producer husband following claims of his infidelity, but is reportedly coping well.

A source close to the star confirmed the news to PEOPLEand said that Emily is focusing on parenting her 16-month-old son, Sylvester.

They said: ‘They recently broke up. It was Emma’s decision. It is OK. She is strong and focused on her son. She likes to be a mother.”

The unnamed source also said Ratajkowski plans to file for divorce, but the paperwork has yet to be filed.

Their split came after a source said Sixth page on Friday that Sebastian is a ‘serial cheater’, saying: ‘Yes, he cheated. He is a serial cheater. It’s terrible. He is a dog.’

Comedian and social media influencer Claudia Oshry also weighed in on the situation on Thursday’s episode of the show. Morning toast podcast, in which she claimed that Bear-McClard’s infidelity was an open secret and confirmed that Ratajkowski planned to divorce him.

“It is known that her husband cheated on her and that they are going to file for divorce,” Oshry said, adding that when the couple officially confirms their divorce, it should not surprise anyone.

Emily and Sebastian were last spotted together in mid-June while on holiday in Italy and looked in good spirits as they relaxed together on Porto Ercole beach.

The couple was also among the many famous guests at the wedding of Ari Emanuel and Sarah Staudinger in St. Tropez at the end of May.

The couple looked fine on Monday (May 23) when they were spotted landing in Nice ahead of the Cannes Film Festival. Ratajkowski even lovingly repaired Sebastian’s sunglasses at the airport.

But in recent days, Ratajkowski was recently spotted without her wedding ring.

She first sparked break-up rumors last Thursday when she was seen walking in New York with the couple’s son and was not wearing a wedding ring.

Ratajkowski was then spotted without her wedding ring again on Friday as she took Sebastian’s husky/German shepherd mix, Colombo, for a walk around New York.

She wore a white crop top that showed off her toned tummy, along with a pair of blue denim jeans and shades that covered her eyes.

The Inamorate founder and Sebastian first started dating on Valentine’s Day 2018, and just a few weeks later tied the knot in a civil ceremony in New York City on February 23, 2018, with just a few friends as witnesses.

“Soooo, I have a surprise,” Ratajkowski captioned the slideshow on Instagram at the time. ‘I got married today.’

The post included a series of pictures of her with her new husband, including one where she could be seen kissing her cheek and wearing two gold rings with the words ‘EM’ and ‘RATA.’

Meanwhile, Bear-McClard was still sporting the gold band on his finger as he was spotted sitting on a bench outside celebrity hotspot Cafe Cluny in New York City on Wednesday.

Ratajkowski first flaunted her huge engagement ring – which she wore alongside her gold wedding band – in July 2018, posting various snaps of it on her Instagram.
